Jim Malone, DPM

Jim Malone D.P.M., was born and raised in Bakersfield , California . He attended Garces Memorial High School and completed his undergraduate studies at California Polytechnic Institute at San Luis Obispo and received a degree in Biology (1973).

Dr. Malone went on to receive his D.P.M. degree from California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco , California (1978). He began private practice in Santa Rosa , California , in 1978. In 1979, he collaborated with Gideon Areil of Computerized Biomechanical Analysis in Amherst , Michigan on several projects related to athletic shoes for various sports. He relocated to Bakersfield and formed California Foot Doctors and Pride Podiatry Group in 1980. In 1998, he established The Park , a residential care facility for seniors.

Dr. Malone also has patents in prosthetics, embryology and athletic footwear. He is also an instructor of limb salvage and podiatry at Kern Medical Center to resident doctors.

Dr. Malone is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian and lives in Bakersfield , California with his two daughters and enjoys traveling, body surfing, body building, and film making.

 

Moshe Sinaie, DPM 

Moshe Sinaie, DPM has studied in both the United States and in Israel . He received a degree in electrical engineering from the Rehovot Institute of Technology in Israel in 1986. He furthered his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin where he received a degree in Biology in 1995.

For his graduate studies, Dr. Sinaie studied podiatry at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he received his D.P.M. degree in 1999. Dr. Sinaie also was involved in several residency programs in New York and New Jersey including chief resident positions. Dr. Sinaie has also taken part in many biomechanical research projects and has had numerous publications in various research studies and podiatric journals.

Dr. Sinaie is chief of podiatry at San Joaquin Community Hospital and director of the diabetic podiatry clinic  associated with the Buck Owens Wellness Center.

He specializes in foot surgery and reconstructive rear-foot & ankle surgery. He is a clinical instructor in limb salvage and podiatric surgery for medical and surgical resident doctors at Kern Medical Center . Currently, he holds patents for diabetic shoe inserts, foot braces, and joint implants.

He has been a part of the California Foot Doctors practice since 2004 and resides in Bakersfield , California with his wife and son and daughter. He is fluent in English, Hebrew, Farsi and Arabic and enjoys Judo, flying aircrafts, kayaking and camping in his free time.

 


Brandon Hawkins, DPM
 

Brandon Hawkins DPM was born and raised on a small farm in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Later he attended the University of Utah and completed is undergraduate studies receiving a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry (1997).

Dr. Hawkins attended Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago Illinois where he received a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences (1998) and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in (2001). His internship was completed at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Lebanon Pennsylvania, which was affiliated with Pennsylvania State University. The following year he continued his resident training on the Gila Indian River Reservation specializing in diabetic wound care, limb salvage and pediatric reconstruction.  He then attended the prestigious plastic surgery center, Aestheticare Center, in San Juan Capistrano where he was Chief resident. His main responsibilities included teaching podiatric residents, cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Hawkins has volunteered his time and knowledge inside and outside of the medical field. He has been closely affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America and other volunteer organizations. He has traveled numerous times to Mexico where he volunteered his pediatric surgical skills to a non-profit organization. His specialties include pediatrics, diabetic wound care, limb salvage, cosmetic foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine. Through out high school and college he participated in numerous sports including football and track and field events.  He is the team podiatrist for the Bakersfield Blitz arena foot ball team. 

His association with California Foot Doctors began 2005 and is fluent in Spanish and English. He currently resides in Bakersfield with his wife, three kids and three dogs. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and golfing.
